Josh grew up here at FBC Ceredo and is a product of its influence and ministries. He is a graduate of both Spring Valley High School and Marshall University and is very talented in graphic design.  Josh has a heart for teenagers and wants to see them grow in their faith.  Josh is the son of J.D. and Rhonda Billups, one of our deacons and our choir director.  Serving the Lord and His Church is certainly in the Billups family DNA!
